Cindi Lee Vandenberg, age 58, of Owenton died Wednesday, June 22, 2022. Cindi was born on March 28, 1964 and was the daughter of Robert L. and Shirley Forman, of North Hollywood, California.

Cindi is survived by her husband, Johan Vandenberg; children, Jerrica Vandenberg and Joshua Vandenberg.  Also surviving are brothers Wade Melcher and Dana Melcher.
