Linda Louise Messer

Linda Louise Messer, age 73, of Sparta, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Ft. Thomas, KY.

Born April 23, 1949, in Henry County, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Nellie Purnell Thurman. She was preceded in death by her siblings, John Thurman, Shirley Oaks, Carol Thurman, and Evelyn Thurman. Linda was a farmer who enjoyed watching Gunsmoke and working puzzles. She will be remembered as a loving mother and devoted Granny to her grandchildren.

Linda will be missed by her husband Dallas Messer; her children, Barbara (Bibiano) Perez and Dallas Ray Messer; and her grandchildren, Selena Marie Perez and Kaleb Perez.

New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Graveside services will be held at 11am Friday, February 17, 2023 on the Messer Farm in Sparta.
