Yolonda Jean Juett

Yolonda Jean Juett, age 92, of Owenton, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2016 at her home, surrounded by her family. Born November 22, 1923 in Cincinnati, OH, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Aura Peak Wash McCoy. She was raised by her grandparents, Martin and Lula Clifton Wash and was the widow of John Juett. ALso preceding her in death was her brother, Charles McCoy. Yolonda was a member of the Beechwood Assembly of God, a homemaker and a seamstress. She loved piecing and quilting quilts. Surviving are her children, Joe (Rosa) Juett, James Juett, Janetta (Eddie) New and Jean Carol (Tony) Denny; nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Beechwood Assembly of God on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 from 11am until 1pm. Funeral services will follow at 1pm with Bro. Curt Smith presiding. Burial will be in the Richland Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Beechwood Assembly of God.
