William "Bill" Jones

William Anthony “Bill” Jones, 51, of New Liberty, died Friday May 30, 2009. Born May 9, 1958, in the Ghent,KY, he was the son of the late Bertha Jane Jones. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Paul and Daryl Jones; his son Tony Otter and his grandson, Kent Anthony Otter. Bill was a member of the Ghent Second Baptist Church and worked in the construction trade. He is survived by his wife Patricia Otter Jones; one son, Kenny Otter; one daughter Annissa Otter all of New Liberty; four brothers, James Jones of Ghent, Michael Jones of New Liberty, Kenneth Jones of Worthville and Steven Jones of Ghent; one sister Anna Anderson of Ghent and one granddaughter Breanna Otter of Owenton. Arrangements are being handled by McDonald & New Funeral Homes. Family will receive friends at the Ghent 2nd Baptist Church on Thursday, June 4th, from 11am until 1pm. Funeral Services will follow at 1 pm with Rev. John Sharpe officiating. Burial will be in the Ghent Second Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
