William Frank Balcar

Warsaw- William Frank Balcar, 56 of Glencoe, passed away on Friday May 18, 2012 at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. He was the son of the late Jack and Flora Mae Yowell Balcar. He was the Husband of Angela Perkins Balcar. Frank was a painter and was a member of the Northern KY Harley Riders. Besides his wife, he is survived by his four sons; Phil Balcar of Austin, TX., Joe Perkins of Vevay In., Jason Chapman of Warsaw, KY., and Tyler Puckett of Glencoe, KY. Two daughters; Jessica Courtney Balcar of Warsaw and Bobbie Jean Jones of Ghent. Two brothers; Phillip Bryant of Nashville, TN., and James Balcar of Sparta. Four sisters; Evella Balcar of Florida, Charlotte Bryant of Georgia and Tess Bryant and Annie Bryant. Also surviving are thirteen grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 2pm at the GARNETT-NEW-MCDONALD Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 11am Tuesday. Burial will be in the Warsaw Cemetery.
