Willena Harris

Willena Harris, 88, of Jonesville joined her family in heaven on October 14th, 2026. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Harris; her parents, Thomas and Florence Lee Hearn; sisters, Geraldine, Alma, Connie; and her brother, Tommy Ray.

She is surived by her children, Sherry Meyers (Mark) of Williamstown and Kim Harris of Jonesville. Although she only had two girls, lots of their friends thought of her as a second mom. She always kept up with anyone they were with whether it be at the ballpark, lake, or any other activity. She has four grandchildren who lovingly called her Nanny. Tracy Godsey (Jon) of Crittenden, Tnger Hickman (Aaron Webster), Chris Wright (Misty), and Rachel Meyers. All of their friends also called Willena, Nanny whether she was their aunt, or just because they were friends of the grandchildren. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, Audrey Wright, Corbin Wright, Steve Collin Wright,Waylon Webster, Bryce Godsey, Bryanna Godsey, Abigail Richardson, Caleb Richardson; and two great great grandchildren, Violet and "Bear".

Willena was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church and loved her church family, participating in activities with them whenever possible. In her free time she loved to grow flowers, do crossword puzzles, watch game shows, and play cards.

Visitation will be on Monday, October 19, 2026, from 11 am until 2 pm at the Macedonia Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 2 pm with Bro. Dave Hammonds and Bro. Gene Hill officiating. Burial will be in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery.
