Virginia Frances Lance

Virginia Frances Lance, age 78 and a resident of Warsaw Kentucky, passed away Sunday, July 29th, at the St Elizabeth Hospital in Ft. Thomas Ky. Virginia was the daughter of the late Albert E. Crabtree and Thelma Bryant Crabtree. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Henry Lance and a brother, Carl Crabtree. Virginia was a retired hospital employee in the Knoxville Tennessee area. She is survived by one son: Don Street of Knoxville, TN; one step-son: Charles Lance (wife Pat) of Buford, Ga; two daughters: Kay Smith (husband Spencer) of Warsaw, Lisa Rullmann (husband Steve) of Cincinnati; two sisters: Maxine Crabtree of Warsaw, Elizabeth Chambers (husband Donald) of Cleveland, Oh; six grandchildren: Contessa Whitehead, Sarah Street, Jordan and Geoffry Smith, Erin and Dana Rullmann; and three great grandchildren: Shane, Leelan and Eva Fedrosky. Visitation will be held Thursday, August 2nd from 11am until 1pm at the Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home in Warsaw. Funeral services will begin Thursday at 1pm. Rev. Tim Scott will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Paint Lick Baptist Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to Gallatin Healthcare.
