Thomas Harry Marksberry, 55, passed away Monday morning at his home. He was born in Gallatin Co. the son of the late Charles Edward Marksberry Sr. and Sarah Norris Marksberry of Steeles Bottom Rd. He was a plumber and enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing, photography and was a good artist. T.H. was a friend to all and never met a stranger. In addition to his mother he is survived by four sisters: Betty Jo Maxwell of Verona, Linda Viola Eckler and Sally Ellen Marksberry both of Warsaw and Kimberly Jane Mahoney of Milton; two brothers: Charles Edward Marksberry of Carrollton and Donald Wayne Marksberry of Warsaw. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews, twelve great and three great-great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 16th, from 4 until 8pm and funeral services will be held at 11 am Thursday, June 17th, both at Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home. Rev. Denny French will be officiating and burial will follow in the Marksberry Family Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to the charity of choice.
