Thelma Louise Branom

Thelma Louise Netter Branom, 76 of New Liberty passed away Saturday at the Baptist East Hospice Unit in Louisville. Born April 29, 1936, in Sparta, she was the daughter of the late Jessie Henry and Dissadata Gross Netter. She was the widow of the late Louis Branom and was also preceded in death by her daughter Josephine Bond. Mrs. Branom was a cost analyst for Cummins Engine Co in Columbus, IN and a member of the New Liberty Second Baptist Church. She is survived by her three daughters; Mary Jane Bond of Louisville, Charlotte Jean Childs of Louisville and Pamela Jo Lawrence of New Liberty. One son; Lewis Ellis Branom of Columbus,IN. Also surviving are 3 grandsons; three great-grandsons; one granddaughter and two great-granddaughters. McDonald & New Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 21st at 1:00om at the New Liberty Second Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 11:00am at the Church. Burial will be in the New Liberty Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
