Stevie Rose

Steven Michael "Stevie" Rose, age 41, of Owenton passed away Friday, April 21, 2023 at his home.

Born November 6, 1981, in Madison, IN, he was the son of Charles and Wanda Hearn Rose.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Joe Rose; his grandparents, Harry rose, May Blevins, Betty Taulbee Hearn, and James Hearn, Jr. as well as his aunt Robin Gumz. Stevie loved life and enjoyed going fishing.  He also spent lots of time with his Play Station 5, especially playing Grand Theft Auto.  He had a vast collection of knives and flashlight and enjoyed showing them to family and friends.

Stevie's presence will be deeply missed by his parents, Charles and Wanda Hearn Rose; his niece Courtney (Joe) Campbell; his aunts and uncles, Don (Candy) Hearn, Randy (Anita) Hearn, Rita (Robert Sullivan) Hearn, and Jimbo (Angie) Hearn; and a host of cousins and friends.

New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements.  A graveside service will be held at 1 pm on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at Napoleon Cemetery. Please meet at the Main Street funeral home at 12:30 pm to go in procession. Memorial contributions are encouraged to the Rose Family for expenses.
