Steven Michael Snyder

Steven Michael Snyder,56, of Owenton, KY and formerly from Las Vegas, Nevada and Vandalia Ohio, passed from this life and went home to be with the Lord on July 2, 2008. He was born in Dayton, OH the son of the late Berton Snyder and Alberta Snyder, surviving, of Gainesville, GA. He is deeply loved and greatly missed by his wife Cindy, daughter, Kristen Bailey (and husband Paul) of Tipp City, OH, son, Steven Michael Snyder II (and wife Katrina) and his mother, Alberta. Several grandchildren and numerous other family members also survive. He served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam era. He was a graduate of Northmont High School and Xavier University and proudly served the funeral service in Ohio and Las Vegas for 25 years. He loved life, family, and baseball passionately and lived each and every day to the fullest. The funeral will be on Tuesday July 8 at 1:00 PM with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM at McDonald & New - Main St. Memorial contributions may be made to the Owen County Parks and Recreation.
