Sherry Kay King

Sherry Kay King, age 67 and a resident of Ghent Kentucky passed away Tuesday, January 11th, at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence. Born in 1943, she was the daughter of the late John and Lillian Giles Perkins. She was also preceded in death by a son, Carl Jason King. Sherry is survived by her husband, Kenneth King of Ghent; two sons: Christopher King of Warsaw and Nathan Thomas King of Clearfield, PA; one daughter: Julie White of Ghent; three brothers: Allen Perkins, Donnie Perkins, and James Carol Perkins. Fourteen grandchildren and Eight great grandchildren also survive. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 13th, from 4 until 8pm at the Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home in Warsaw. Funeral services will begin Friday at 1pm. Burial will follow in the Warsaw Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Kenneth King 4094 US 42 West Ghent, Ky 41045.
