Sarah Christine Carter

Sarah Christine "Chrisy" Price Carter, age 51, of Owenton passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospice Center in Edgewood, KY.

Sarah was born October 1, 1970, at Mercy Hospital in Hamilton, OH, to the late Wanda Winkle Price and Daniel C. Price.  She was also preceded in death by her sister Lori Ann Price, her maternal grandparents Eugene and Christine Nall Winkle and paternal grandparents Bill and Mary Nelson Price.

Sarah is survived by her sister, Amy (James) Haney, her niece Cynthia (Robbie) Wuebbling; nephew, Chris Haney; great nieces, Isabella, Lily, Callie, and Suzanna; her half brother, Daniel (Ruthie) Price; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and wonderful friends.

McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements.  A memorial gathering will be held from 11 am until 1 pm with funeral service to follow at 1 pm on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Richland Baptist Church.  Bro. Dale Adkins will officiate.  Memorial contributions in Sarah's honor may be made to the family in care of McDonald & New Funeral Homes.
