Sandra Kay Cheeks

Sandra Kay Cheeks, 58, passed away on April 26, 2024, in Florence, KY. She was born in Versailles, KY, the daughter of the late Harold and Mary Shuler Tipton. She was also preceded by her husband Michael Cheeks. She was devoted to her faith and loved watching TBN. She also enjoyed writing poetry, reading, and crocheting. She is survived by her daughter, Amberly (Joshua) Corbett, a brother Harold Gene (Dabney) Tipton Jr., a granddaughter, Hannah, one nephew, two nieces, and three great nephews. The visitation will be on Monday, April 29, 2024, from noon til 2:00 pm at the Seminary Street location of New Funeral Homes. The funeral will begin at 2:00 PM. Memorials may be made to Autism Speaks. Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery.
