Ronald Edward Knight

Ronald Edward Knight, 69, passed away February 16, 2015 in Lexington. Born June 6, 1945, in Cincinnati he was the son of the late Ralph Edward and Ruth Edna Cunningham Knight. He was an engineer and carpenter but his love was landscaping. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force and was very patriotic. His hobbies included fishing, classic cars, singing and landscaping. He is survived by his five children, Joyce Waddle, Cherish Kincaid, Clint Knight, Candace Jackson and Ruth Montgomery, a brother, Jerry Knight and his six grandchildren, Austin Kirk, Bailey Moran, Chandler Jackson, Chelsey Bush, Bella Jackson, Adrianne Montgomery and one almost here Abel Villalovos. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Monday, February 23 from 11am until 1pm. A memorial service will follow at 1pm.
