Ronald George Kalinyak

Ronald George Kalinyak, age 78, of Monterey, passed away Monday, August 12, 2019 at his home.

Born April 26, 1941, in Johnstown, PA, he was the son of the late Mike and Julia Kalinyak. Ron served his country for over 20 years in the United States Air Force.  He was educated at Southern Ohio College and retired as a computer programer for Advo.  He was a membr of Gideons International and enjoyed woodworking and electronics.

Surviving are his wife, Linda Pickett Kalinyak; his children, Allen, Steven and Julie Kalinyak; his step children, Lori Trenary and Christopher Beach; his brother, Robert Kalinyak; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements.  Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Friday, August 16, 2019 from 9am until 11am.  Funeral services will follow at 11am with Military Honors and burial in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown.
