Rollin "Ron" C. Strawn

Rollin C. “Ron” Strawn, 84, of Verona died Saturday. He was the son of the late Carl and Pearl Strawn and was married to Eula Smoot Strawn. He was an accountant, a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church and a marine veteran having served in WW II and Korea. Ron also enjoyed clogging. He is survived by his wife Eula, two sons, Pete Strawn and Ruben Baker, five daughters, Jamie Baker-Nantz ,Shirley Erion, Karen Judy, Missy Biddle and Cindi Frohlich, one sister, Pearl Konnersman and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Arrangements are being handled by Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home in Warsaw. Visitation will be Manday June 28th from 5-8pm. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11am. Memorial contributions may be made to Grant County Relay for Life.
