Rita Chappell Duvall

Rita Chappell Duvall, age 70, passed away May 15, 2009 at her home in Bromley. She was born in Midway, KY the daughter of the late Hayes and Trudy Hill Chappell. She was also preceded in death by her husband Raymond Duvall Jr. and a brother Dickie Chappell. She was a homemaker and also worked for 15 years at Owenton Manor in medical records and was a member of Dallasburg Baptist Church. She is survived by her three daughters, Shawn Grisham and Shannon Pierson both of Owenton and Sharon Duvall of Frankfort, three brothers, Jerry, Ronnie and David Chappell all of Owenton. Two grandsons, Gray and Triston Grisham also survive. Arrangements are being handled by McDonald & New Funeral Homes. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Sunday, May 17th, from 2pm - 6pm. Funeral Services will be Monday at 1pm at Main St. Burial will be in Owenton Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Trust for Life or Dallasburg Building Fund.
