Rita "Boo" Faye Frazier

Rita Faye "Boo" Frazier, age 65, of Worthville, KY, was called home to be with the Lord on January 13, 2024. Rita passed away at Signature Healthcare of Carrollton.

Rita was born August 9, 1958, in Owenton, KY to the late Blaine Jacobs and Betty Louise Johnson Gibson. Rita was a homemaker. She enjoyed doing her crossword puzzles and loved watching soap operas.  She enjoyed watching her game shows especially Wheel of Fortune and Family Feud.

Rita is survived by her ex-husband Ralph Frazier of Carrollton, KY, Even though they were divorced they still did anything for each other. Her four children, Billy Frazier of Worthville, KY Pam Robertson of Worthville, KY Sabrina (Jeff) Patten Worthville, KY Opal (Kenny) Williams Carrollton, KY; three grandkids Kenneth Williams, Hunter Sachleben, Ariel Williams; five brothers, Eddie (Amy) Jacobs Dry Ridge, Joe (Becky ) Jacobs Owenton, KY, Oscar Jacobs Owenton, KY, William Gibson Worthville, KY, Orville (Janet) Gibson Carrollton, KY; two sisters Nancy (Charlie) MarKsberry Warsaw, KY Maurice Prather Owenton, KY; Several nieces and nephews; her two dogs Tigger, and Lucky and cat Blixx. She was preceded in death by her son Eddie Thomas Robertson, and her brothers Jamie Jacobs and Dennis Jacobs.

New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements.  Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Thursday, January 18, 2024, from 2 - 4 pm.  Funeral services will follow at 4 pm with Bro. Chris Kazee presiding.
