Rickey Morley Howard

RIckey Morley Howard, age 64, of Owenton, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2020, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood.

Born April 18, 1956, in Covington, he was the son of the late Clarence "Gayle" Howard and Betty Clifton Howard Gray who survives. He was also preceded in death by his brother Kevin Howard.  Rickey served his country in the United States Navy from 1973 to 1979 and went on to serve another 2 years in the Navy Reserves. He enjoyed collecting knives, fishing, and listening to rock music.  His biggest love was his family and friends though.

He will be missed by his mother, Betty Clifton Howard Gray; his son by choice, Jeffrey "Wade" Ramler; his siblings, Barry Howard and Gayla (Billy) Earls; his nieces and nephews, Anita, Skye, Barry, and Brittney Howard, Tiffany and Tyler Earls, and Brooke Webster; and several great-nieces and nephews.

McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. A private service will be held at the Veteran's Cemetery North in Williamstown with Bro. Craig Howard presiding.
