Randy "Pedro" Joe Cobb

Randy Joe "Pedro" Cobb, age 59, of Owenton, passed away at his home on Thursday, June 25, 2020.

Born July 18, 1960, in Owenton, he was the son of the late Ronald Bruce Cobb and Betty Armstrong Cobb who survives.  He was preceded in death by his son Randy "Bubba" Cobb. Pedro was a lifelong farmer who loved his John Deere tractor and raised tobacco, cattle, soybeans, corn, and hay. He enjoyed deer hunting and raising a garden.

He is survived by his wife Donna Stafford Cobb; his mother, Betty Cobb fo Owenton; his children, Miranda (Dave) O'Banion and Daphne (Robbie Jr.) Osborne; five grandchildren, Alivia, Lukas, Layla, Sydney, Robbie "Bubblehead" and a granddaughter on the way; his siblings, Rodney "Poncho" (Tina Tincher) Cobb and Connie "Shuddy" (Greg Hatton) Cobb.  He is also survived by his mother in law, Marilyn (Bobby) Graves.

McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Seminary Street location on Monday, June 29, 2020, from 11 am until 2 pm.  This will be a pass-through visitation with social distancing and masks required. A private funeral will be held with Bro. David "Milkweed" Wotier presiding. Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the Cobb family in care of the funeral home for expenses.
