Phyllis Ann Riddle

Phyllis Ann Riddle, age 83, of Owenton, passed away Friday, July 1, 2022 at her home.

Born February 8, 1939, in Grant County, she was the daughter of the late Hobert and Hester Griffin Webster.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence A. Riddle, Sr.  Phyllis retired as a payroll clerk from Gelman Sciences in Ann Arbor, Michigan and was a member of Monterey Baptist Church.  She enjoyed RV camping, reading, and playing computer games.  She also enjoyed making crafts and played piano for many years.

She is survived by her children, Teresa Kasdorf, Kim (Danny) Morgan, Ronnie (Donna) Riddle, Bonnie McCormick, and Lawrence (Melissa) Riddle, Jr.; her grandchildren, Amanda, Mark, Tiffany, Robert, David, JD, Michael, Billy, Samantha, Ryan, Sean, Sarah, and Katie; thirteen great grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Seminary Street location on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 from 4- 8 pm.  Funeral services will be held at 11am on Wednesday, with Bro. Jeremy Warren presiding.  Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery and memorial contributions may be made to St. Elizabeth Hospice.
