Pauline Wallace Carpenter

Pauline Wallace Carpenter, age 98, of Owenton, passed away Friday, March 2, 2012 at the Owenton Manor. Born February 14, 1914, in Bowling Green, KY, she was the daughter of the late Lew and Myrtle Duty Wallace. Her daughter Eileen and sister Lorene also proceeded in her death. Pauline was retired from American Airlines and a member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. Surviving are her daughter, Patricia Turner; her brother Lee Wallace; her granddaughters, Eileen and Ann Turner and her great grandchildren, Leyla and Lilliana Hernandez and Jaydie Turner. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Graveside services will be held in the chapel at Floral Hills Cemetery in Taylor Mill at 11am on Thursday.
