Patsy Ann Marshall

Patsy Ann Marshall, of Owenton, passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2023. To all that loved her, she was "Pat", unique and wonderfully unpredictable. She had a big heart to match her big smile and loved her family beyond measure. Pat was a friend to so many and helped everyone as best she could. She was a fighter and always tackled life head on, no matter what came her way. She enjoyed dancing, listening and singing to music, riding horses, traveling and working in her yard with her beautiful roses. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Tipton Marshall, her father, William Howard Adams and her brother William Ray Adams. She is survived by her beloved daughter Beth Ann Rutledge ( Bryon Morgan) of Owenton, her mother Hannah Adams of Owenton, her sisters, Mary Catron, Bonnie Glass and Joan (Terry) Kincaid, sister-in-law, Lynn Adams along with several nieces and nephews all of whom loved her very much and were so blessed to have had her in their lives. A graveside service will be held on Thursday September 7, 2023 at the Stamping Ground Masonic Cemetery at 1:00PM. Following the graveside service all are invited to meet at Pat's house to celebrate her life. New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to her daughter Beth to help cover costs.
