Patsy Lou Cammack

Patsy Lou Ellis Cammack, age 71, of Owenton passed away Friday, January 20, 2011 at the New Horizons Medical Center. Born April 18, 1940, in Owen County, she was the daughter of the late Alvin and Lydia Mae Noles Ellis. Mrs. Cammack was a retired teacher for the Owen County School Systems, having taught French and Biology for 27 years. She was also a member of the Elk Lick Baptist Church. Survivors include her son Scott Cammack of Sparta; her brother, Billy (Nancy) Ellis of Owenton; two granddaughters, Tori and Bella Cammack and a niece Sherry (Jason) Perry and great nieces Emily, Allie and Laura. McDonald & New Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Monday January 23rd , from 5-8pm. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11am. Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery with Bro. Johnny Thomas and Bro.David “Milkweed” Wotier presiding. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Elk Lick Baptist Church.
