Patrick Neal Fornash

Patrick Neal Fornash, 49 of Sanders passed away on Monday in Warsaw. He was the son of the late Donald Fornash and Donna Pruitt Fornash of Sparta (surviving). He was a former heavy equipment operator. Pat is survived by his mother, Donna; two daughters; Megan Skidmore and Brandy Boots, both of Warsaw; one sister; Pam Burgess of Madison IN. Also surviving are five grandchildren: Drake, Nicholas and Abigale Skidmore and Aden and Matthew Boots. Memorial services will be held on Saturday at 2pm at the Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home in Warsaw. There will be a time of visitation beginning at 10:30am and lasting until 2pm.
