Pat Ogburn Craigmyle

Pat Craigmyle, 75, passed away March 16, 2015. She was born in Carrollton, KY the daughter of the late Ernest W. Jr. and Sabbath E. Roberts Ogburn. She was also preceded by her sister, Rita Craigmyle. Pat was a member of Long Ridge Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and was President of the House of Blessings Ministry that helps feed and clothe those in need. She was also in charge of collecting used shoes and boots for Pure Water a ministry that provides filtering systems for third world countries. The Appalachian Mountain Children and the First Christian Church in Worthville benefitted from Pat collecting toys and other usable items for their Christmas presents. She was the proprietor of House of Treasures for over 25 years after getting her start at Ison Brothers Furniture in Carrollton. She was also a member of the Owen County Womans Club for over 25 years. Surviving are her husband of over 56 years, John S. Craigmyle, one daughter, Kasey (Randy) Towles, four grandchildren, Chris (Danielle) Towles, Patrick, John Randall and Jubilee Towles and one great grandson Logan Towles. One sister, Debra (Harry) Perry and one brother Rodney (Addie) Ogburn also survive. Visitation is Thursday March 19 from 4 to 8 and the funeral on Friday at 11 AM both at McDonald & New - Main St. Burial will be in Owenton Cemetery and memorials may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass or Long Ridge Baptist Church.
