Pamela Jean Riley

Pamela Jean Riley, age 58 and a resident of Glencoe, passed away Wednesday, June 3rd, at the St. Elizabeth Hospice Unit in Edgewood, Ky. Born May 15, 1951, she is the daughter of the late Lula Cook Hicks and Roy Hicks who survives. Pamela was also preceded in death by a sister Paula Hicks. Pamela was member of the Glencoe Church of Christ and worked as a nurse at Gallatin Health Care. She also enjoyed working as a waitress at “Bun Boy” and the “127 Restaurant” in Glencoe. Pamela is survived by two daughters: Shannon Riley of Ross, Oh and Sharon Lucas of Newport, Ky.; two brothers: Larry Bowling of Arizona and Roy E. Hicks of Taylor Mill, Ky. One sister: Belinda “Kathy” Beach of Patriot, IN, fiancé and friend Wendell Adams of Glencoe, and seven grandchildren: Joshua Craig, Felicia Riley, Austin and Sabrina Helfrich, Jeffery Lucas, Breezie Issacson, and Alexandra Lucas. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 8th, from 4 until 8pm at the Garnett-New-McDonald in Warsaw. Funeral services will begin Tuesday at 11am at the funeral home. Bro. Keith Miller will be officiating and burial will follow the services at the Warsaw Cemetery.
