Nellie Blanche Toole

Nellie Blanche Toole, age 88, of Sanders, passed away Friday, April 5, 2013 at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence. Born January 6, 1925, in Covington, she was the daughter of the late Ray and Noma Sparks and was preceded in death by her seven siblings. Mrs. Toole was a member of the Sanders Baptist Church, a homemaker and a farmer. Her life's passion though was being "Mamaw Nellie" to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Surviving are her husband, Charles "Pim" Toole; her son, Roger (Yalonda) Toole; two grandchildren, Ryan Toole and Christa Taylor and four great grandchildren, Corey and Braiden Toole and Logan and Cami Jo Taylor. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Monday, April 8, 2013 from 4-8pm. Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Tuesday at the funeral home with Bro. Hardin Lowe presiding. Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sanders Baptist Church, The Toole Family or the charity of one's choosing.
