Nancy Carol Gaston

Nancy Carol Gaston, age 76, of Corinth, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood.

Born September 3, 1945, in Cincinnati, OH, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Ilene Bedinghaus.  She was also preceded in death by her grandchildren, Chelsea, Michael, and Samantha. Nancy was a homemaker and had worked for the Owenton News-Herald and Georgetown Graphic in advertising.  She was very creative and enjoyed writing stories and poems, drawing, reading, and being a photographer. She loved taking care of her family, being a wife, mother, and 'Grandma', as well as canning vegetables and raising a flower garden.

She will be missed by her husband of over 60 years, John Paul Gaston; her daughters, Debbie (Tony) Linville, Shelley (Joseph) Beebe, Jennifer Gaston, and Aimee (Craig) Towles; her grandchildren, Matthew, Owen, Joseph, Tara, Jackie, Chris, Danny, Shawn, Justin, Cory, Selena, Thomas, Andrea, and Alyssa; twenty great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Thomas and Joan.

McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Friday, September 24, 2021 from 1 - 2 pm.  A memorial service will follow at 2 pm. We respectfully request masks be worn for all services.
