Miriam Riley Alexander

Warsaw –Miriam Riley Alexander, 81 died Sunday January 2, 2011 at the Gallatin Health Care. She was the daughter of the late Patsy and Emma Keehan Riley. She was the wife of the late Reginald “Alex” Alexander. She was also preceded in death by her son; Reginald Patrick Alexander, her brothers; Bill, Lawrence, Giles, Bob, Ricky, and Dennis Riley. Her sisters; Margie McCormack, Jean Bell, and Esther Elliot. She is survived by two sons; Steve Alexander of Owen County and Paul Alexander of Sparta, Ky. Two daughters; Sandra Buck of Burlington, KY., and Pamela Tudor of Sparta. One sisters; Mildred Frommeyer of Burlington,Ky. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Visitation will held from 5-9pm Thursday at Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10am at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Warsaw. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Church Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Joseph building fund, Hospice of the Bluegrass or to the Gallatin Health Care.
