Millard S. “Mickey” French, age 73 and a resident of Warsaw passed away Saturday, September 27th at his home. Born in 1935, he was the son of the late Joseph and Anne Hendren French. Mickey served his country in the Army from 1955 to 1958 and remained in the Army reserve until 1963. He later worked as a fork lift operator for the Square-D Company. He is survived by his wife, Doris French, whom he married in December of 1969. Also surviving are a daughter; Misti A. Ladrigan of Sanders, two brothers; James L. French of Warsaw and Billy French of Florida, one sister; Mary Jo French of Warsaw, and three grandchildren; Joey French, Jack and Mikki Ladrigan. Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 1st at the Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home in Warsaw, from 6 to 8 pm. Funeral services will be held at the Paint Lick Baptist Church on Thursday and will begin at 11am with Bro. Denny French officiating. Burial will be in the Paint Lick Church Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Scott Ladrigan, Clarence Davis, Harvy Raisor, Joey French, Ralph, Roger, Roland, and Rocky Asher. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers will be James L. French, Billy French, and Jack Ladrigan. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Hospice of the Bluegrass - Northern Kentucky Chapter.
