Mary Helen New

Monterey – Mary Helen New, 55, of Monterey died Monday, October 27, 2008 at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center. Born November 4, 1952, in Frankfort, she was the daughter of the late Noel “Red” and Joyce Brock True. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie New and her granddaughter Gracie Helen New. Mary Helen was a member of Old Cedar Baptist Church and was retired from the Commonwealth of KY in the Workers Compensation Branch. She is survived by her son, Colby New ; her mother Joyce Hammond; two brothers, Noel Thomas True and Charles True ; two sisters, Barbara New and Wanda New all of Monterey . Three grandchildren, Jasper, Caroline and Molly New also survive. Visitation will be held on Thursday , from 4 – 8 pm at the Main Street location of McDonald & New Funeral Homes.
