Mary Ola Garnett

Mary Ola Miller Garnett, 76 of Owenton passed away Saturday at the New Horizons Medical Center. She was the daughter the late Marvin and Ottie B. Miller. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Orville Miller. She was the wife of William “Spider” Garnett of Owenton. She is also survived by four daughters; Teresa (Larry Dale) Perry of Owenton Pam (Mike) Pavone of Owenton, Vickie (Johnny) Thomas of Owenton and Kim Garnett of Lexington. Two sons; Lannis (Gladys) Garnett of Squiresville and Mark (Stephanie) Garnett of Owenton. Two brothers; Dennis and Roy Miller, both of Owenton and a sister; Glenna Clifton of Owenton. Also surviving are nine grandchildren; Adam (Bridget),Andy (Tiffany), and Shadoe Perry, Summer Garnett, Kelley Thomas, Jade, Emerald, Sage and Stone Garnett. Six great grandchildren; Abigail, Isabella, Madison, Alexis, Alexandria and Gabrielle Perry. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4-8pm at Main Street location of McDonald & New Funeral Homes. Funeral services will begin at 2pm Wednesday, January 12th at the funeral home. Pallbearers; Dennis Miller, Roy Miller, Adam Perry, Andrew Perry, Larry Dale Perry, Johnny Thomas, Mike Pavone, Tim Clifton and Kevin Miller. Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery. Donations may be made to the New Horizons Hospital Hospice Unit.
