Mary Frances Fitzgerald

Mary Frances Fitzgerald, 88, of Owen County passed away Tuesday, June 22nd. Born November 28, 1921, she was the daughter of the late Kellie and Sarah Orsburn Fitzgerald and was preceded by her siblings, Curtis and Ira C Fitzgerald and Clara Mae Fitzgerald Gaines and her half-siblings, Norvin and Buford Fitzgerald and Goldie French. Miss Fitzgerald was a member of the Hesler Assembly of God. She is survived by her half brother, Melvin Fitzgerald of Owenton; her two half-sisters, Dorothy Wainscott of Owenton and Barbara Jean Howard of Frankfort. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Arrangements are being handled by McDonald & New Funeral Homes. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location, Saturday, June 26th, from 10-11am. Funeral services will follow at 11am, with Bro. Jesse Bourne officiating. Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Charity of One’s Choosing.
