Mary June Davis

Mary June Davis, 82, passed away Friday morning Nov 4, 2016 at her home in Cedar Hill. She was born in Cedar Hill the daughter of the late Bob and Blanche Lusby Davis. After High School she attended the Bryant Stratton Business College in Louisville and Kentucky State University. She worked in State Government for over 22 years with 10 years as secretary for the State Fire Marshall. She was also a member of the Owenton Christian Church and the Rebekah Lodge. Surviving are her two daughters, Dana Marie and Dona June True, two grandchildren, Taylor Blair Wilhoite and Andrew Clark Howard, and two great grandchildren, Sawyer Davis and Aurora Hudson Wilhoite along with numerous cousins. The funeral will be on Monday Nov. 7 at 4 pm at McDonald & New - Seminary St. Visitation begins at 2 pm. Burial will follow in the Owenton Cemetery and memorials may be made to: Owenton Christian Church, Hospice of the Bluegrass or Beka's Toppers.
