Martha Bea Brock

Martha Bea Brock, 84, passed away Saturday May 4,2019 in Lexington. She was born in Owen County the daughter of the late John and Lillian Wilhoite Wilson. She was also preceded in death by her husband Gerald Brock, siblings, James L., John Jr., Mary McCann, Paul and Porter Wilson. She was a homemaker and farmer, loved flowers and gardening, was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church and was the dispatcher for the Monterey Fire Department for many years. She is survived by her sons, Steve (Pam) Brock and Gary Brock, two sisters, Eula Mae Botkins and Ruth Cox, two grandchildren, Beth (Danny) and Matt Brock and two great grandchildren Brayden and Brock. Her funeral will be on Tuesday May 7 at 2PM at McDonald & New - Main St. Visitation begins at 11AM. Burial will follow in the Monterey Cemetery and memorials may be made to Monterey Cemetery.
