Marshall Neal Wheelington

Marshall Neal Wheelington, age 73 and a resident of Jonesville KY, passed away Sunday at the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Grant County. Born July 13, 1936, he was the son of the late William Charlie Wheelington and Thelma Elizabeth Dugan. Marshall was also preceded in death by a son: Barry Lane Wheelington, and one sister: Jo Nell Beaver. Marshall was a former member of the Arkansas National Guard and was a retired employee of the Iron Workers Union Local 44 in Cincinnati. He is survived by his wife, Betty Reed Wheelington of Jonesville, one son: Bart Lee Wheelington (wife Kendra) of Jonesville, two daughters: Marsha Garrison (husband David) of Mt. Washington, KY, and Shelly Simpson (husband Travis) of Warsaw, Ky. Six grandchildren also survive. Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 13th, from 11am until 2pm at the Garnett-New-McDonald Funeral Home in Warsaw. Funeral services will begin at 2pm at the funeral home. Bro. Kenny French will be officiating. Burial will be in the Jonesville Cemetery.
