Marlene Holder

Marlene Holder, age 72, of Owenton passed away Thursday, October 27, 2016 in Owenton. Born September 14, 1944 in Owen County she was the daughter of the late Dupuy "Pete" Beckham and was preceded in death by her husband Randell Holder. Marlene is survived by her mother Sylvia Wainscott Beckham; her children, Troy (Jackie) Holder and Traci (Jamie) Courtney; her sister Robin Dempsey and her four grandchildren, Austin and Taylor Courtney, Billie Jo Holder and Hannah Heightchew. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Sunday, October 30, 2016 from 5-8pm. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1pm with Bro. Johnny Thomas presiding. Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery and memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
