Marilyn Sue Ricketts

Frankfort –Marilyn Sue Ricketts, 62 of Frankfort, passed away Friday July 4th at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center. Born December 22, 1945 in Owen County, she was the daughter of the late Buford and Elizabeth Gronenmier Malcomb and was preceded in death by her infant son, Darrel Carter Joslin. Marilyn is survived by her husband of 29 years Roy W. Ricketts, Sr.; Three sons, Eddie Joslin of Milstat, IL; Troy Ricketts of Frankfort and Roy Ricketts, Jr. of LaGrange; two daughters, Tina Moore of Bloomfield and Kathy Bruner of Shelbyville; two brothers, Ray Malcomb of Wheatley and Carter Malcomb of Carrollton. Thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive. Arrangements are being handled by McDonald & New Funeral Homes. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location, Sunday, July 6, from 2 -6pm. Funeral services will be held Monday at 1pm with Bro. Kevin Malcomb officiating.
