Marcia Duvall

Marcia Shelton Duvall, age 56 and a resident of Monterey, passed away Wednesday, April 7th, at the New Horizons Medical Center in Owenton. Born October 27, 1953, she is the daughter of Mary Margaret Shelton of Monterey and the late Lesley Shelton. Marcia was also preceded in death by a brother, Steve Shelton. Marcia was a retired employee of the Kentucky Department of Transportation and member of the Beechwood Assembly of God Church. She is survived by her husband, Glen Duvall of Monterey, two daughters: Lesley Dawn Wilhoite and Kayla Duvall both of Monterey; one sister: Mary Lesley Atha (Bill) of Monterey; and two grandchildren: Emilee and Addison. Visitation will be held Friday, April 9th, from 4 until 8pm at the Main Street location of McDonald & New Funeral Homes. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 10th, and will begin at 1pm. Rev. Ernest Fridge will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Monterey Cemetery. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Monterey Cemetery.
