Madaline Bassett Jump

Madaline Bassett Jump, age 87, of Owenton passed away at her home Thursday, September 15, 2016. Born August 26, 1929, in Owen County, she was the daughter of the late Palmer and Iram Wiley Bassett and the widow of Herbert Jump. Madaline was a former waitress, a homemaker and a member of the Caney Fork Baptist Church. Madaline is survived by her longtime friend and caregiver, Bob (Joyce) Clifton and his family, Patrick, Paige, Corey and Alex Clifton; her longtime friend, Lesia Soliman; her caregiver, Amy Jackson and her cousins, Doris Rose, Lana Vannarsdall, Mary Carol Pace, John Burford and Cathy Cornelison. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. A graveside service will be held at 11am Tuesday, September 20th in the Forrest Lawn Cemetery, 3227 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018.
