Louise Tuggle

Lillian Louise Tuggle, age 85, died June 24, 2022, at Baptist Health Center, Lexington KY. Louise was born October 3, 1936 and she was the daughter of the late Edward and Lena Cook Beach.  She is survived by her son, Doug Tuggle: 3 grandchildren, Jessica (Johnny) Hall, Alisha (Kelly) Wainscott, and Brittany (Michael) Colligan; 6 great-grandchildren, Juliana, Jaren, Brayden, Allie, Tucker, and Maci. Also, surviving is one great-great-grandson, Hudson.

Louise was preceded in death by her husband Lester Tuggle; 1 son, Billy Tuggle; 1 daughter, Dianna Tuggle and siblings Stella Mae Hiles, James Edward Beach, Robert Beach, Catherine Beach, Pat Baker, and Raymond Beach.

Louise was a member of the New Liberty Christian Church. Louise was a homemaker and possibly better labeled as a farmer.  She loved the outdoors. When she wasn't farming for a living she was still outdoors growing flowers and riding the Gator checking on the cattle.  Vacations included visiting State Parks, hiking, and camping.

The only thing that took a place above her love of nature was her grandchildren. Nothing could replace the love and joy they brought to her.

Visitation is Tuesday, July 5 from 10 am till 2 pm at McDonald & New Funeral Home - Seminary St. The funeral is at 2 pm. Burial will follow in the New Liberty Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the New Liberty Christian Church or Hospice.
