Lisa was born on November 7, 1961, in Cincinnati, OH.

She is survived by her parents, Charles H. and Carol Jo Hughes Tudor; her brothers, Duane Anthony Tudor, Dwaylan Howard Tudor; her nephews, Justin Howard Tudor, Joshua Anthony Tudor; and her dear friends, Louanna, Jenna, Allie, and Bonnie.
