Linda Lea Gravley

Ms. Linda Lea Gravley, age 62, passed away Monday, October 1, 2014 at her home. Born August 16 1952 in Frenchburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Allan and Bertha Fanning Brooks and was preceded in death by her daughter Kathy Gravley and her grandchildren, Janna, Kendra and Emmanuel Lee Gravely and Justine McNay. Linda was a homemaker. She is survived by her sons, James Gravley of Owenton, David Gravley of Lexington and Edward Gravley of Owenton; her daughters, Linda Trumbo of Frankfort, Mary Abercrombie of Owenton, Lola Gravley of Frankfort, Tina McNay of Owenton and Jenny Allen of Frankfort; her brother, Allan "Gary" Brooks of Ohio; her sisters, Loma Bedient of New York, Sharon Garbe of Ohio, Bertha Grecco of Cincinnati and Annie Gravley of Florence. Nineteen grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren also survive as well as her dear friend Rosie Chapman. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Saturday, October 4th from 11am until 1pm. Funeral services will follow at 1pm with Bro. David "Milkweed" Wotier and Bro. Dale Adkins presiding. Memorial contributions may be made to the Gravley family in care of McDonald & New Funeral Homes.
