Linda Ruth Agrue

Linda Ruth Gordy Agrue, age 68, of New Liberty, passed away Sunday, April 24, 2016 at the Hospice Care Center at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood. Born February 5, 1948 in Covington, she was the daughter of the late Orville and Amanda Blackburn Gordy and the widow of James M. Agrue. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Dennis Gordy. Linda was a homemaker. Surviving are her children, James (Charles Anderson, Jr.) Agrue, Jr. and Jason (Mona) Agrue; her two grandchildren Katie Agrue and Miranda Kerns. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 from 11am until 2pm. Funeral services will follow at 2pm with Bro. Keith Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Elizabeth Hospice.
