Letha Anne Lowe

Letha Anne Lowe, 49, passed away Saturday, October 21, 2017. She was born in Florence the daughter of Howard Jr. and Bessie Dezarn Bishop. She was a graduate of Owen County High School, Northern Kentucky University and received her masters from Georgetown College. She taught in the Owen County School System that she loved dearly as well as all of Owen County. She loved her family, her church family at Epoch and U.K. Basketball. She was recently part of the Kentucky Prayer Coalition. She is survived by her parents, her husband Nate Lowe, her daughter Lauren (Andrew) Gilbert, her son Logan Lowe (Emily Jones) her granddaughter Blake Katherine Gilbert, and siblings Cindy (Ricky) Wilhoite, Luci (Steve) Grubb and Randy Bishop. Visitation will be on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, from 4 pm to 8 pm at Seminary St. The funeral will be on Wednesday at 12 Noon at Seminary St. Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery and memorials may be given to the Drew Mason Memorial Scholarship.
