Lawrence Allen Riddle, Sr.

Mr. Lawrence Allen Riddle, age 77, of Ocala, Florida and formerly of Owenton passed away Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at the Legacy House Hospice Center. Born April 16, 1938, in Owen County, he was the son of the late Lawrence B. and Anna Lee Coleman Riddle and was preceded in death by his brothers, Bobby and Jerry Riddle. Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Phyllis Webster Riddle; his sons, Ronnie (Donna) Riddle of Owenton, Lawrence Allen (Melissa) Riddle of Michigan; his daughters, Teresa Kasdorf of Illinois, Kimberly (Danny) Morgan and Bonnie (Eric) McCormick of Owenton; sixteen grandchildren, Mark, Amanda, Tiffany, Robert, David, JD, Michael, Billy, Samantha, Ryan, Sean, Sarah, Elaina, Cameron, Evan, and Katie and seven great grandchildren, Nathan, Makenzie, Blakely, Kendall, Kadence, Daisy and Holland. Also survivng are his brothers, Jackey (Phyliss) Riddle, Larry (Pam) Riddle, Billy (Janice) Riddle and his sisters, FaDana Bramblett, Pat Miller, Charlotte (Buddy) Gibson and Sandra (Larry) Walker. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the Main Street location on Sunday, December 6, 2015 from 4-8pm. Funeral services will be held at 2pm Monday at Owenton First Baptist Church with Bro. Jeremy Warren and Bro. John Thomas presiding. Burial will be in the Owenton Cemetery.
