Laikyn Marie Dempsey

Baby Laikyn Marie Dempsey was born into Heaven on January 20, 2016. She was the beloved baby of Christine "Renee" Black and Derrick Dempsey. In addition to her parents, Laikyn is survived by her sister, Braelyn Harper Link; her grandparents, Freddie Black and Robin Dempsey; her great grandparents, David Skirvin and Sylvia Beckham; her aunts and uncles, Cody, Ethan and Courtney Black and Jeremy (Kayla) and Brandon (Kirsten) Dempsey as well as several cousins. Preceding her in death were her grandparents, Steve Dempsey and Leonda Carol Smith and great grandparents, Pete Beckham, Christine Cammack and Martha and Boyd Johnson. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. A graveside service will be held in the Owenton Cemetery on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 2pm.
