Juanita Farrar Trusty

Mrs. Juanita Farrar Trusty, age 76, of New Liberty passed away Thursday, February 12, 2015 at the Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, OH. Born January 9, 1939 in New Liberty, she was the daughter of the late James D. and Lillian Lewis Farrar. She owned and operated Trusty's General Store for 35 years with her husband of 57 years, Benjamin Nathan "Ben" Trusty. Ben preceded her in death in 2011. Also preceding her were her sisters, Ileana Coates and Margaret Frazier. Juanita was a member of the New Liberty Baptist Church. She is survived by her children, Darrell Trusty, Jimmy Trusty and Patricia Trusty and her grandchildren, Jeremy Bourne, Jared Bethel, Brian Trusty, Jennifer Isaacs, Justin Trusty and Makenze Trusty. She is also survived by four great grandchildren, Dylan Isaacs, Leigha Isaacs, Kennedy Bethel and Kendall Isaacs and two nieces she helped raise, Marlene and Susie. McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements. Family will receive friends at the New Liberty Baptist Church on Wednesday, February 18th from 2-6pm. Funeral services will follow at 6pm with Bro. Dwight Parker officiating. A private interment will be held in the Owenton Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the New Liberty Baptist Church.
